The poet, p.c. scearce was born & raised in Danville, VA where he graduated from Averett College in 1994. Moving to Washington, DC to pursue his interest as a poet, he spent two years in George Mason University's Masters of Fine Arts in Poetry program. where he cultivated a thesis that eventually became core poems of god in flight. In 1996, he left graduate school to work on his poetry in a non-academic environment. Since then, p.c. scearce has been working at the US EPA as a webmaster and freelanced as web & graphic designer for some local business and for international recording artist Kristine W. p.c. scearce continues to explore the poetry of god in flight.
